<p>Appeal — Habeas Corpus.</p> <p>No appeal lies by a municipal corporation from an order of a Judge of a Circuit Court, in a habeas corpus proceeding, discharging the petitioner from custody under a commitment issued by a Justice of the Peace on a judgment convicting him of violating an ordinance of the municipality.</p>
