<p>1. Crops—Effect of Sale—Landlord’s Interest—Income from the Farm.</p> <p>• Where the agreement for sale of a farm rented on shares provided that “the purchaser shall be entitled to all income from the farm after the date of the deed,’’ the corn crop cut and shocked, but not husked or divided between the landlord and tenant went to the purchaser.</p> <p>2. Landlord and Tenant—Renting on Shares—When Rent Due.</p> <p>Rent in kind is not due until ripe, severed and delivered.</p>
