<p>Will — Trusts and trustees — Legacy—Construction of will.</p> <p>Where a testatrix gives a portion of her estate to a trustee to use the income thereof for the support of a middle aged invalid daughter, with remainder of the principal to the testatrix’s husband, and the husband by his will gives a money legacy to a woman on condition that the legatee should remain with and take care of the invalid daughter,.and the trustee offers to provide board and lodging for the legatee in the same house with the daughter, but refuses to pay her for her services in attending the daughter, the legatee cannot compel him to pay her for such services out of the income of the trust estate.</p>
