<p>Justices of Peace.—On Appeal from a Default Judgment of a justice of the peace, whether on questions of law or of law and fact, there cannot be a trial de novo.</p> <p>Justice of Peace.—On Appeal from a Justice Court, the superior court has no jurisdiction, on reversing, to remand the case to the justice, the effect of an order vacating a justice’s judgment being to dismiss the action without prejudice.</p>
