<p>Trials before court without a jury: appeals; exceptions.</p> <p>In a trial before the court sitting as a jury, there can be no> appeal from the mere verdict rendered by the court; in order for an appeal to lie, in such -a case, there must appear by the-record, to have been exceptions reserved at the trial that raised some question of law.</p>
