Execution. — An execution issued on a judgment before it is entered on the ‘ ‘Abstract of Judgments, ’ ’ as required by sections 300, 301, .and 308 of the Code of Civil Procedure, is void.</p> <p>2. Advantage of IrrEGUEArity. — The defendant against whom such judgment was obtained is the only person who can take advantage of .such irregularity.</p>
