<p>Moetgages (§ 32*) — Deed Absolute in Form —Restoration oj? Title.</p> <p>It is axiomatic in the law and jurisprudence of this state that where the owner of land, uninfluenced by fraud or error, vests the title thereto in another, such title can be devest-ed, as simulated, only upon the production of a counter letter, or upon the basis of answers to interrogatories propounded to the apparent owner, and a fortiori does this rule apply in a case where the property has been sold to a third person, purchasing in good faith.</p> <p>[Ed.
