A transfer in good faith by a debtor to a corporation in consideration of the issuance of shares of its capital stock, is not a “sale” of a stock of goods in bulk for “cash” or “on credit,” within Rem. Code, §§ 5296, 5297, requiring the seller to make a sworn statement to his creditors.</p>
