<p>Issues — Contracts.—Where the issues made by the pleadings are matters of fact, whether the contract was a loan or a sale, the cause was properly submitted to a jury.</p> <p>Conflict of Evidence! — Verdict of Jtjrt. — Where there is a substantial conflict in the evidence, a judgment entered on the verdict of a jury will not be. reversed.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the court.)</p>
