<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Negligence — Cattle Guards — Stock Killed — Findings Not.Inconsistent. The evidence and findings of fact on the question of negligence in maintaining a cattle guard have been examined, and it is held that the evidence supports the finding of the jury that the defendant was negligent and that the findings of the jury are not inconsistent with the finding of negligence.</p> <p>2. New Trial — Questions Involved. Where a cause is remanded for the determination of a single fact, other questions not involved in the determination of that fact should not be considered by the trial court.</p>
