<p>1. Appeal—Motion to Dismiss.</p> <p>A motion to dismiss an appeal for want of jurisdiction will not be granted, unless it is evident that there is good ground.</p> <p>[Ed. Injunction—Local Option—Election— Parties.</p> <p>Residents of a parish, but not within the limits of a municipality within the parish, and having no property interest therein, have no right to an injunction restraining the citizens and inhabitants of the town from enacting ordinances touching local option and holding elections in the town.</p> <p>[Ed.
