<p>1. Estate oe Decedents. Ecoeeutors amd administrators. Claims. Notice-to creditors. Sufficiency. Code 1906, sections 2103 and 2107.</p> <p>Section 2107, Code 1906, providing, that all claims against the estate of decedents shall be filed within one year after publication of notice to creditors or the same shall be barred, was intended to-expedite the settlement of estates by providing a short statute of limitations.</p> <p>2. Same.</p> <p>Section 2103, Code 1906, provides the method of putting the period of limitation, provided for in section 2107 into operation, and it can be put into operation in no other. This notice among other things must advise “all persons having claims against the estate to have the same probated and registered by the clerk of the court,’ granting letters, within one year, and that a failure to probate and register for one year will bar the claim.”</p>
