Syllabus

<p>Appeals — uffl not lie from, decision of Circuit Court in proceedings to locate highways. Under the 88th section of the statute relative to public roads, and the authority of the case of the County of Sangamon v. Brown, 13 Ill. 210, the decision of a Circuit Court, in proceedings brought to that court for locating a public highway, is final, and cannot be appealed from.</p>
