<p>Sales — Rescission by Vendee — Fraud—Laches—Evidence—Sufficiency. An action to rescind a sale of a reporting business, for false representations as to tbe income of tbe business, is properly dismissed, where it appears tbat tbe vendee bad ample opportunity to make, and did make, a full investigation as to tbe truth of tbe representations, and inspected tbe books, making no objections to tbe sale for over a month after taking up tbe business, and tbe parties were dealing at arm’s length.</p>
