Syllabus
<p>1. A verdict on a writ of unlawful detainer in these words : “We _ the1 jury find that the defendants are unlawfully in possession and withhold from the plaintiffs the premises in the summons mentioned,” is not so defective that the court may not properly enter up a judgment thereon.</p> <p>2. When a motion is made to set aside a verdict on the ground that it is against the evidence and the motion is refused, the record must show, either expressly or by necessary implication, that it contains all the facts proven or evidence given to the jury at the trial or such judgment will not be reviewed.</p>
