<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>EVIDENCE — Based on Hearsay — Inadmissible. A witness testified that he had no recollection of a conversation with the plaintiff in which he related to the plaintiff statements made to him by the defendant, but if a conversation took place between himself and the plaintiff, any thing he said to the plaintiff was true. Held, that this does not render competent the testimony of the plaintiff as to what the forgotten statement was.</p>
