ORDER: The government&039;s [8] motion to dismiss pursuant to RCFC 12(b)(1) is granted as to NetzVision&039;s standing. The Clerk is directed to dismiss NetzVision from this case, without prejudice. The remainder of the government&039;s motion pursuant to RCFC 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) is denied as moot, and without prejudice. The Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint on or before May 19, 2025
