<p>EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS — SALE OF DECEDENT’S LAND — LEASE.</p> <p>1. The appeal is from a judgment postponing the sale of property until the expiration of a lease. The order to sell was obtained by the administrators, although no creditor asked for the sale.</p> <p>2. The decision of the court a qua, because •of stipulations in the act of lease, sustaining the status quo until the expiration of the lease, is held, correct, and it is affirmed.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
