Syllabus

<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>1. A suit to contest a primary election under Act 198 of 1912 (See. 6, p. 390) is seasonably instituted if the petition is ■ filed in the District Court within two days after the promulgation of the result of the election. It is not required that the Judge sign the order of summons, or that said sunn mons be served within said delay.</p> <p>2. In computing the delay of two days above prescribed, Sundays are to be excluded.</p>
