Syllabus
The trial court did not abuse its discretion in naming a husband the child support obligor in a shared parenting situation where the parties had nearly equal parenting time, the husband earned significantly more income than his ex-wife, and the court followed the statutory guidelines for calculating child support. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in ordering a husband to pay his ex-wife spousal support following their divorce after twelve years of marriage where a balancing of the factors set forth in R.C. 3105.18(C)(1) demonstrated a spousal support award was appropriate.
