<p>Bes adju&icata — Judgment—Forged note.</p> <p>Where a person enters judgment on a judgment note, and subsequently the judgment is opened, and an issue is tried in which it is determined that the note is a forgery, the plaintiff in a subsequent suit on the same cause of action as that represented by the note can only recover the difference between the amount of the note, and the whole debt.
