<p>Towage <§=>14—Contract—Assumption of Risk.</p> <p>Evidence considered, in relation to the making of a contract by respondents to tow a raft of piles on the Mississippi River for libelant, and held to establish an agreement that, on account of the bad condition of the piles, many of which would not float, and for which reason respondents had refused to take them, libelant would assume the risk of their loss.</p> <p>[Ed.
