Syllabus

<p>Stmshogatiox. Doctrine cannot be invoked by one required to pay a debt because of Ms own wrongful act.</p> <p>Subrogation cannot be invoked by one who has been required to pay the debt of another, when his being required to pay the debt was caused by his own wrongful conduct and to require the debtor to pay him would be, under the peculiar circumstances of the case, unjust to the debtor.</p>
