The trial court did not err in granting summary judgment to plaintiff-appellee on the issue of defendant-appellant's liability, nor did the trial court err in finding that defendant-appellant's counterclaim under the CSPA and HSSA was groundless and brought in bad faith, justifying an award of attorney fees to plaintiff-appellee pursuant to R.C. 1345.09(F). However, the trial court did err in the sum of damages awarded to plaintiff-appellee.
