<p>Statute of limitations — Lunacy.</p> <p>The allowance of a claim barred by the statute of limitations, against the estate of a lunatic, by an auditor appointed to audit one of the triennial accounts of the committee of the lunatic, does not toll the bar of the statute of limitations, and will not preclude an inquiry into the validity of the claim in an action at law against the lunatic after being restored to reason, or in the distribution of the fund in the committee’s hands as shown by his final account.</p>
