Syllabus

<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>The plaintiff in a redhibitory action must prove with reasonable certainty that the vice of the body of which an animal died existed before and at the time of sale when the vice has manifested itself after three days.</p> <p>The opinion of a single surgeon as to the existence of a disease founded on a post mortem, examination is not itself conclusive when it is irreconcilable with other facts of the case.</p>
