<p>Restatjrant-keeper—Selling Provisions for Domestic Use.—A restaurant-keeper is not one who makes a business of selling provisions for domestic use within the meaning of section 1775 of the Civil Code.</p> <p>Id.—Sales—Warranty of Quality of Food Furnished..—There is no implied warranty of the quality of food furnished by a restaurant-keeper to a customer for immediate consumption, since the transaction does not constitute a sale, but' a rendition of service.</p>
