<p>Promissory note — Indorsee after maturity.</p> <p>After maturity the indorsee of a promissory note, with or without notice, takes it subject to all equities and defenses between the original parties.</p> <p>Question for jury — Accommodation paper.</p> <p>Whether or not a note is an accommodation note, what is its true character, and what its connection with the alleged consideration therefor, are questions entirely for the jury.</p>
