Syllabus

The trial court correctly concluded the law of the case doctrine was not violated when the magistrate considered email correspondence between the parties in balancing equities to resolve the unjust enrichment claim. The trial court did not error as a matter of law in its judgment that appellant was unjustly enriched by receiving funds for tuition and living expenses, and the court's ruling was not against the manifest weight of the evidence. Judgment affirmed.
