Syllabus

The trial court did not err or abuse its discretion in allocating a nearly equal parenting time schedule for the parties where such a schedule was imposed due to the parties' inability to communicate, thereby necessitating a parenting schedule that was tightly delineated. However, the trial court did err by finding appellant and her boyfriend were cohabiting where the record indicated appellant and her boyfriend were not sharing expenses and had not lived together for any significant period of time so as to equate their relationship with something equivalent to that of a marriage.
