Reform alian.</p> <p>A contract for the sale of two hundred bales of cotton to be delivered two months hence at a certain price is not speculative, in the sense that such contracts are condemned by law and a court of equity is not warranted in refusing to reform such a contract for fraud and enforcing it as reformed.</p>
