<p>L Marine Insurance—Cause oe Loss—Evidence Considered.</p> <p>Evidence considered, in an action on a policy of marine insurance, and held insufficient to establish the claim of libelant that the filling and sinking of a canal boat, which was old and in bad condition, while she lay at a dock, and a few hours after she had been loaded with a heavy deck cargo, was due to the piercing of her hull by a broken pile as she sank with the ebb tide, or from any cause other than her inherent weakness and unseaworthy condition. ■</p>
