<p>Judicial Sale. Setting aside. Fraud. Evidence.</p> <p>A judicial sale will not be vacated on the charge that the purchaser fraudulently induced prospective purchasers not to bid against him for the property in the absence of clear, convincing and satisfactory evidence of the fraud.</p>
