<p>Equity — Title to land — Ejectment bill — Deed.</p> <p>Where a person takes title to land by a deed with knowledge that his grantor had previously sold the land to another by articles of agreement, and that the purchaser under such articles is in possession, the grantee’s remedy to determine his title and right to possession is by an action of ejectment, and not by a bill in equity</p> <p>Elkin and Potter JJ., dissent.</p>
