<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Practice — New Trial — Neglect op Attorney as Ground op.— The neglect of attorneys of record to pursue and follow up the cases pending in courts of record, wherein they appear of record as attorneys in certain cases, by reason of which neglect default judgment is rendered against one of their clients, is not a ground for a new trial.</p> <p>2. Practice Appellate and Trial — New Trial — Discretion op Trial Court. — The granting of a new trial being largely in the discretion of the trial court, a reviewing cojirt will not disturb the ruling of such trial court on the question of granting a new trial, unless a clear case of an abuse of the judicial discretion is made out, or palpable error is apparent on the face of the record.</p>
