Rights of city.</p> <p>A municipality governed by the Code chapter entitled “Municipal-ities,” being a separate road district, Code 1892, § 2939, is entitled to one-half of a road tax levied, under Code 1892, § 3931, laws 1897, ch. 16, p. 17, sec. 16, by the county and collected on ' property within its corporate limits.</p>
