Syllabus
<p>1. ATTiairaissr — Paeties—PBACTioa.—A variance between, the names, number and identity of tbe parties plaintiff in an attachment and the declaration filed in the same suit, will be fatal on demurrer, but may be cured by amendment.</p> <p>2. Piíoxebt — Pbactic®.—In all actions by executors, administrators or guardians, profert of the letters giving tbe plaintiff his official character should be made with the declaration, and the failure to do so will be fatal on domurrer; but may be cured by amondment.</p>
