Syllabus
The trial court erred in ordering Father to pay certain daycare expenses where the expenses were not contemplated under the previous child support order and the parties' agreed entry resolving Mother's motion to modify child support failed to preserve the issue of past daycare expenses. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in awarding Mother attorney fees under R.C. 3105.73(B) where the court considered the parties income and conduct and found the award equitable.
