Syllabus
<p>An application for rehearing, made after the adjournment of the term at which the final decree was entered, is made too late. _</p> <p>A decree which determines the whole controversy between the parties, leaving nothing to be done except to carry it into execution, is a final decree for the purpose of appeal; and none the less so that the court retains the fund in controversy, for the purpose of distributing it as decreed.</p>
