<p>Distress eor Bent. Right of board of supervisors to maintain.</p> <p>Under $ 897 of the Code of 1880, which confers upon the several counties of the State all the rights of private parties in matters of litigation, a hoard of supervisors may maintain distress for rent due the county from a lessee (or his assignee) of school lands.
