<p>Appeal and Esnob (§ 999*) — Review—Questions oe Fact — Damages.</p> <p>This is a suit by plaintiff to recover damages for injuries received while a passenger on one of defendant’s cars. Judgment was rendered in favor of the defendant and plaintiff appealed. As an appellate court we should not reverse the judgment of the district court based on the verdict of a jury, unless we are authorized to declare that it and the verdict of the jury on which it was based are manifestly wrong.
