Syllabus

The trial court properly granted summary judgment on appellant's common law negligence claims because any danger was open and obvious. The trial court erred in granting summary judgment on the issue of proximate cause in appellant's statutory negligence claims because a genuine issue of material fact remains regarding whether the slope of the creek bridge proximately caused appellant's fall.
