Syllabus
<p>Equity — Ejectment bill— Title — Possession.</p> <p>On a bill in equity to restrain interference with the possession of land, where the master, on sufficient testimony, finds as a fact that the defendant at the time the bill was filed was in possession of the land, except as to a small portion, and as to this plaintiffs entry was a trespass, and the •court below dismisses exceptions to the master’s report, approves his findings and dismisses the bill as an ejectment bill, the Supreme Court will affirm the decree.</p>
