<p>Landlord and tenant — Oral lease — Breach of covenant — ^onjyicling testimony — Case for jury.</p> <p>In an action by a tenant against his landlord to recover damages for a breach of an alleged covenant in an oral lease, the case must be submitted to the jury where the evidence is conflicting as to whether such covenant was actually made, and also as to the time when the lease was to terminate.</p>
