<p>Appellate Jurisdiction. Amount. Code 1906, section 86.</p> <p>Under Code 1906, section 86, so providing, where a suit is brought in a justice of the peace court and appealed to the circuit court and a judgment there rendered for fifty dollars or less, the defendant against whom such judgment is rendered cannot maintain an appeal to the supreme court and such appeal will he dismissed on motion.</p>
