Syllabus

<p>Deeds. Undue influence. Fairness of transaction. Burden of proof.</p> <p>A deed executed by an infirm and feeble-minded person for an inadequate consideration will be cancelled by a court of equity in the absence of evidence showing the fairness of the transaction and the grantor’s capacity to make the deed.</p>
