<p>Pleading-. Code 1892, | 683.</p> <p>Under code 1892, \\ 683, providing that certain pleas there enumerated, when appropriate to the action, jmaybe pleaded together without leave of court, it is error for the court, upon motion, to strike such pleas from the flies as inconsistent and contradictory.</p>
