The pro se Petitioner, Lavonta Laver Churchwell, appeals the Davidson County CriminalCourt's summary denial of his petition for writ of error coram nobis. Because the petitionwas filed well outside the one-year statute of limitations and the Petitioner has not shownany grounds to warrant equitable tolling, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
