Lauren Nagel v. Joshua Nagel

Syllabus

The defendant father appealed from a decree of the Family Court, issued on January 25, 2023, permitting the plaintiff mother to vaccinate the parties' two minor children consistent with the recommendation of the children's pediatrician. The defendant argued on appeal that the trial justice erred in interpreting the parties' final judgment of divorce in ruling in favor of the plaintiff. <br><br>The Supreme Court held that the trial justice did not overlook or misconceive material evidence and was not otherwise clearly wrong in permitting the plaintiff mother to vaccinate the parties' two minor children consistent with the recommendation of the children's pediatrician. Accordingly, the Court affirmed the decree of the Family Court. <br><br>
