<p>Equity — Practice—Dismissal oe Complaint — Jurisdiction.—The allegations and proof in this case do not entitle plaintiff to equitable relief; but it is error to dismiss complaint, as the allegations, if sustained, entitle plaintiff to judgment against defendant on law side of Court.</p>
